FOG (Fat's, OIls and Grease) is a waste product generated by kitchens, and are captured in either a Grease Interceptor or Automatic Grease Recovery Unit (AGRU's). These can be located either inside of the kitchen, in the basement or in an underground tank buried outside of the building. These must be cleaned to not only satisfy local board of health regulations, but also to keep your operation flowing.
While some establishments decide to clean their grease traps themselves, this can lead to problems. Without vacuum equipment, the best cleaning possible is scooping out grease floating on the top of the water, leaving both liquid grease and sediment on the bottom. Our strategy involves completely draining the grease trap, ensuring it is filled with nothing but clean water after our thorough cleaning.
Our computer software can help keep your grease trap on a scheduled interval. Our trucks range from 1250 gallons to 7000 gallons allowing us to access parking lots big or small! While also maintaining the ability to move alot of waste at once if required!
Our Conde Provac is available for situations where a hose from a truck parked outside isnt possible, such as lengths over 200 feet or situations that require elevators.
